So if you are just born super awesome, that is good for that person, but really not so inspiring to the rest of us who have to claw our way up from the bottom rungs of the ladder. I think the key to successfully completing the 16 goals is to do them because you enjoy them, and they are making you a happier person. If it seems like drudgery to do them, you might do them if you immediately see huge results...but if progress is slow you will get discouraged. So, I say, do them because they make you happy, and then you will eventually get to where you want to be, without stressing too much.
